Rice Krispies Treats Now Have a Caramel Flavor With Chocolate Chunks
Who says that Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Treats are just for kids? Sure, we might not have lunchboxes to put them in, but they make for a tasty way to end lunch. Little did you know that there is a Caramel Chocolatey Chunk flavor that has all the makings of becoming your favorite.
The treats are made with the classic puffed rice cereal and gooey marshmallows. They have chocolatey chunks, caramel flavor, and chocolate drizzled on top to make one sweet bite. What else could you possibly want in a snack?
Instagram account @junkfoodintehtrunk3, along with other food accounts, have been posting pictures of the treats they spotted in stores. The million-dollar question here is: are they new? Well, the box doesn’t say that they are, and there are some pictures of older packaging, but it’s unclear what their availability was. But we know now that you can get them at a variety of stores, including Walmart (where they’re listed as “new”), ShopRite, and Food Lion.
