Selling one’s home can be a painful ordeal, but after surviving five tumultuous, batshit-crazy years as a cast member of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Whitney Rose can certainly handle it.

On the heels of a harrowing fifth season replete with treachery, sound baths, and a comically large number of designer sunglasses, the 37-year-old skin-care entrepreneur and her husband, Justin, have just listed their 6,100-square-foot house, located in the Utah capital’s South Jordan neighborhood, for $2.1 million. While in New York City, that price might be considered entry level, in SLC, it buys you a sprawling single-family lake house with five bedrooms, six and a half baths, and celebrity provenance.

The multistory, multitone house situated on Daybreak Lake was one of the show’s filming locations and features an open-concept ground floor with multiple sitting areas, a sizable patio, a kitchen with a large island and outfitted with appliances from Monogram, a massive bedroom with en suite bathroom, and an office.

On the second floor are three bedrooms, each with its own private bath and walk-in closets. The main suite is one of the most dramatic spaces in the house, with its black oversize-floral motif—roses, natch—two closets the size of a boutique on Madison Avenue, and a bathroom anchored by a farmhouse tub. The other Bravo-worthy area is the basement, the location of Rose’s speakeasy bar, theater, spa, and gym.

A house such as this, one that’s so considerably tricked out but aesthetically subdued (for the most part), checks so many boxes for potential buyers. But, as RHOSLC has reminded us over and over, nothing is ever as it seems.
