Every reality show needs its drama starter, and The Real Housewives of New York reboot has its own certified pot stirrer in Brynn Whitfield. After only a handful of episodes, the Internet was already wholly committed to Brynn and her hilarious antics. Not only is Brynn a fabulous New York socialite who brings all the glamour one dreams of in a Housewife, but she also truly knows how to get ~everyone~ riled up. Since the first episode of the new show, Brynn's had no qualms calling it like it is.

ICYMI: After a pretty bleak ending to RHONY's season 13, this franchise gem (or apple, if you will) is back with a brand new cast of six powerful ladies, including the illustrious Brynn. So, naturally, everyone wants to know everything they can about these ladies.

This season, Brynn has given viewers a taste of her personal life, with insight into her family history and her own journey with egg freezing. She had previously opened up about her upbringing—she didn't really know her parents and was raised by her grandmother in the midwest. But in the season's fourth episode, Brynn dives deep into her biracial identity and experiences in South Bend, Indiana. She also seems to suggest that her biological parents have been mostly absent from her life.

“I’m so obsessed and focused on the fact that the two people who were supposed to love me didn’t or couldn’t,” Brynn said in episode 4.

Before getting too in the weeds (or cheese) of season 14, this scene might have you wondering about this new Queen Bee. Aside from looking like an IRL Barbie doll, she brings a lot of things to the table that need to be unpacked. Ahead, Women's Health has the scoop on all things Brynn Whitfield.

What is Brynn's job?

This housewife seems to do everything but stay at home. She also recently clapped back after fans suggested she was a "sugar baby," explaining via her IG Story that actually, she has a very long list of career accolades. "Take it up with someone else but you're sure as hell not going to say gross stuff about me sweetie," she captioned a picture of an email listing her accomplishments.

Her list of accolades and accomplishments are long. For starters, she is a certified yoga teacher, is a patron of the Metropolitan Opera, and a member of the Marshall Chess Club but she's also a communications professional.

Brynn went to Purdue University in Indiana where she got bachelor's degree in rhetorical advocacy with a minor in political science. (Fun fact: She was initially pre-med, she told Women's Health. "I'm a huge science girl, data girl," she says.) After graduation, she started a career in public relations, according to her LinkedIn and an Instagram post.

She worked as a PR lead for Assembly before going freelance in 2022, per her profile.

How old is Brynn?

Brynn is 36! Distractify says her birthday is on February 8, which makes her an Aquarius queen.

She was raised by her grandmother in South Bend, Indiana.

Brynn was raised by her grandmother, Darlene, per Hollywood Life. Her Bravo bio notes that her grandmother taught Brynn “invaluable lessons about navigating life, owning her narrative as a bi-racial woman, and the true meaning of hard work.”

Unfortunately, Darlene passed away in March 2021, and Brynn shared a lovely tribute on IG.

“Don’t call your mom today and only chat for a few obligatory minutes. Stay on the phone for as long as you possibly can, maybe even ask her if you can record the conversation. When you talk- Thank her over and over again for being your mom,” she wrote.

While Brynn has never confirmed where, exactly, she lived in the midwest, her grandmother lived in South Bend, Indiana. It's likely she lived there with her for some time, too—as she's referenced the city on RHONY.

Since Brynn's grandmother was white, Brynn also revealed that she learned more about herself through her grandmother's Black coworker. Apparently, the coworker took Brynn to a Black hair salon in South Bend where she learned about Black hair, women, and culture, per Vulture.

She also recently shared that she still feels the ache of her grandmother's loss at times.

"I was missing my grandma, and she used to make these yellow cakes with chocolate frosting," she tells Women's Health. "So, I found this grocery store that sells [Betty Crocker cake mix with frosting]."

Who are Brynn's parents?

As Brynn explained in some recent RHONY episodes and her Instagram tribute, Darlene was her stand-in mom. Brynn later said that she doesn't have a relationship with either of her parents. It's unclear who her parents are, as Brynn has only spoken sparingly about them on RHONY. However, she did tell the other women that her mom had Brynn and her siblings when she was still a teenager, and that her dad was older, per People.

Brynn has said that her closest living relative is her brother, Daris. She also has a sister named Trina. Daris is around 40, and Brynn wished him a "Happy 34th Birthday" in a since-deleted Instagram post in December 2016, per Gossip Next Door.

She experienced a difficult events in her childhood.

In the latest RHONY episode, Brynn also says she experienced "abuse" and "neglect" when she was just six months old.

“I wasn’t picked up for six days, or my diaper wasn’t changed,” she said.

Brynn went on to explain that her family lived in Section 8 housing and lived on "welfare, food stamps, everything." It looks like Brynn will reveal even more about her early childhood in the next episode, as a "To Be Continued" notice flashed at the end of this week's final scene, per PEOPLE.

Brynn is single.

Yup, this brunette bombshell is flying solo, per her Bravo bio. She's also a self-proclaimed “trophy wife in training,” so it sounds like she's on the hunt for a partner. In Episode 1, Brynn also talks about wanting (and then definitely *not* wanting) kids after interacting with her friends' babies, so everyone will just have to wait and see what's in the cards for her. She also seemed very into the trainer Erin brought to her Hamptons house, so it's clear she's on the hunt.

While several Housewives have partners and babies, fellow newcomers Ubah Hassan and Jenna Lyons are also single this season, which should make for some interesting nights out in the Big Apple.

What is her total net worth?

Brynn's net worth isn't public knowledge... yet. However, some sites have made guesses, including one that put her net worth at $3 million, per Distractify. FWIW, this is among the highest of her cast mates.

Brynn rents an apartment in the West Village in Manhattan, which means she definitely has some cash to spare if she calls that trendy area home.

One of her inspirations is Lisa Vanderpump.

It seems another Bravo bigwig inspired Brynn’s candor on camera... And it's none other than Lisa Vanderpump! Brynn said when she was best friends with Lisa’s daughter Pandora in her twenties, she got to know LVP, of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules fame, quite well, per Page Six.

“You know, Lisa’s always making her innuendos and what not, so I was like you know what? F–k it I’m just gonna talk about d–k, [make] a couple of jokes!” Whitfield told Page Six.

A pot-stirring, LVP-loving, single Housewife? I thank the Bravo Gods for this already juicy season!
