- Please welcome MAKERS team member, Rhonisha Ridgeway.

RHONISHA RIDGEWAY: I'm Rhon Ridgeway, social media coordinator for MAKER. I run all of our socials, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. And if you're posting about MAKERS, and I hope you are, I'm the one responding to your questions and amplifying your voices. I just started here in July. And I'm so proud to be a part of an organization that pushes for equity and inclusion in the workplace, which is what I'm all about.

When I got this job, I had to make sure that content was equitable, because I think that's a big part of making the future. We've got to be able to make a path for people, and then meet them halfway. There are so many talented, creative, and vested folks out there who can't achieve their goals because they've been overlooked.

So I'm determined to meet them on that path and shine a light on them. So how can we all make the future together?
