If you are a fan of the Housewives franchise on Bravo, you are probably stoked for the premiere of The Real Housewives of Dubai. Bravo recently dropped a 3-minute video on a first look at the series, and all I can say is that I will definitely be tuning in. (It premieres on Wednesday, June 1 at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo, and the next day on Peacock.)

On the show, viewers will meet entrepreneurial fashion designer, Lesa Milan Hall. This star has got a penchant for wellness and a house full of boys to deal with, but you can be sure she's going to spice things up in this newest Housewives franchise spin-off. Women's Health sat down with Lesa before the premiere to chat all things family, food, and wellness.

She's an international gal.

Although she has now lived in Dubai for more than eight years, Lesa, 33, was born in Jamaica and grew up in Miami, Florida. She went on to attend Florida Atlantic University, where she studied journalism with a minor in fashion, per Cosmopolitan ME. She is also a former Miss Jamaica Universe contestant, according to The Sun.

Lesa now has an adorable family with husband Richard Hall, a British financier who has been really successful in real estate. And I'm sure there will be lots of talk about the fam on RHODubai!

She founded her own successful maternity fashion line.

Lesa is the founder of luxury maternity wear, Mina Roe, and designs everything from activewear to swimsuits. She also runs a personal blog where she shares all about her skincare, motherhood and her diet and fitness routine.

She also one time got to dress Queen B. Yes, Beyonce, according to Cosmo ME.

She is a #BoyMom.

Lesa shares three adorable boys—Maximillian, Sebastian and Kristian—with her real estate mogul husband. And she somehow manages to find time for herself.

As a successful businesswoman, Lesa does her best to balance it all. "I struggle with mom-guilt a lot, but I’ve learned over the years that I can’t pour from an empty cup, so taking care of my wants and needs are essential to being a great mom," she shares with Women's Health. "I set designated days or times to do things that make me happy; like reading a chapter in a book, going to the gym, working on my business, having lunch with friends or date night with my husband."

After three pregnancies and some experience with the postpartum "baby blues," she definitely doesn't buy into the whole "post-pregnancy snapback body" thing. Since becoming a mom, Lesa says she's realized that her idea of wellness has altered. Now, Lesa says that her mental health goes hand-in-hand with her physical health.

"Social media always made me feel like I had to 'snap back' immediately after after children and sadly it wasn’t until giving birth my third son that I let that unrealistic goal go," she explains.

She stays active.

Still, whether it's hitting the gym or integrating lots of movement into her everyday routines, Lesa is all about getting her body moving.

Recently, her fitness routine has been less structured than it used to be. "One week in the gym five days a week, and another week only once," she says. "But I try to stay really active regardless."

And I can tell you from checking out her Instagram, that she does not mess around when she goes to the gym. There is an entire Instagram Stories section devoted to Lesa's intense workouts, from SoulCycle, to boxing, to weight lifting (and some snaps at the gym with her husband in tow).

Lesa shared with WH that she is a total foodie. "My favorite cheat meal is a bucket of crab legs glazed with garlic butter sauce," she says. Yep, I agree, Lesa.

She also drinks at least two liters of water every single day! Phew.

Clearly, she's all about balance, whether professionally, physically, or emotionally. "I feel my best when I’ve done everything on my to-do list and still got to be 100% present with my kids," Lesa says.

What is her net worth?

Well, that one hasn't really been made super public yet. Her company seems to have some pretty high profile clients (cough, Beyonce) so I'm sure she's doing just fine for herself. Everyone will just have to wait and see what the internet discovers.
