At the end of a long day, sometimes the best way to feel like you're living your best life is with some comfy PJ's, a glass of wine, and gratuitous reality television. In our series"Not-So-Guilty Pleasures," we remove the "guilt" and break down the latest happenings in your favorite TV indulgences.

  • The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey's 20-year-old daughter, Noelle Robinson, came out as sexually fluid on Sunday's episode of the reality show.

  • Robinson revealed she started exploring her sexuality during her freshman year at Howard University.

Cynthia Bailey's daughter, Noelle Robinson, is living her truth and sharing it with the world. On Sunday's episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, the 20-year-old came out as sexually fluid during a car ride with her mother.

"People try to box everyone in and put labels on everything, but I don't really do that,” Noelle told Cynthia. "That's just what it is. There's a lot of attractive guys, and there's a lot of attractive girls."

During her confessional, Cynthia admitted that she knew Noelle was fluid but didn't realize that her daughter was even dating in the first place. "Since Noelle has been in college, she told me that she thought she was fluid. I just didn’t know that she was out there being fluid… flowing," she said, laughing.

Noelle admitted she started exploring her sexuality during her freshman year at Howard University. "It really just came out of nowhere," she said. "I wasn't really expecting that to happen." Cynthia's response was amazing because she made it clear that she's going to support her daughter no matter what.

"We all love and support Noelle. It's just new for us. We're just trying to get used to it," she said in her confessional. While talking to Noelle in the car, Cynthia also made sure she showed her daughter support.

"I just want you to be happy. If you meet an amazing young lady, that's a blessing. If you meet an amazing young man, that's a blessing," she said. "As long as they're good people and they love and support you."

To the audience, Cynthia confessed she was just happy that Noelle felt comfortable sharing. "It makes me excited that Noelle has a safe space to share," she said. "Love is love."

Cynthia and Noelle's conversation happened just days before the reality star and supermodel headed to New York City to celebrate World Pride at the Pride Parade.

"I think this is the perfect time for Noelle and I to show out," Cynthia said.

Make sure to watch what the mother-daughter duo and the rest of the housewives get up to on next Sunday's episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
