NYC restaurant hostess Julia Carolan is going viral for her TikTok videos rating celebrities based on how nice they were. In other words, she's spilling a bunch of tea. And honestly, some celebs scored well! Gigi and Bella Hadid got 10/10, with Julie saying "These two are literally so nice, I cannot say enough things about them. They're super polite and friendly with staff, which unfortunately is rare for celebrities."
Meanwhile, Cameron Dallas got a 4/10 and Julia said "I kind of had a bad experience with him. Him and his friend called after we were closed and insisted on a table and kind of pulled a 'Do you know who I am?' moment. He was rude."
And Kylie Jenner? She got a 2/10 for being a bad tipper. To quote: "She was fine but she tipped $20 on a $500 dinner bill. Do with that information what you will."
Which brings us to Hailey Bieber, who got a 3.5/10. According to Julia, Hailey wasn't the nicest to interact with: "This is gonna be controversial," she said. "I've met her a handful of times and every time she was not nice. I really wanna like her, but I have to give her a 3.5 out of 10. Sorry."
Apparently, Hailey found out about the video and apologized to Julia in the comments, writing “Just came across this video, and wanted to say sorry if I’ve ever given you bad vibes or a bad attitude. That’s not ever my intention!”
