Rescue Lamb Recognizes His Face for the First Time and It's Everything

Finn is such a curious guy!

TikTok user @catskillanimalsanctuary is an animal sanctuary that spans over 150 acres in New York's Hudson Valley. This sanctuary rescues farm animals that endured cruelty, neglect, and abandonment. Thousands of visitors come each year to this sanctuary where they get to meet the animals and learn about how their diet can impact these precious babies, their health, and the planet.

One of this sanctuary's main goals is to share that animals have feelings too. They can learn, express emotions and think just like we can. And that's evident in this clip from the sanctuary of a rescue lamb recognizing himself. Check it out!

O.M.G. Stop it! This is seriously SO cute! He had to do a double-take when he first saw a glimpse of himself on the phone. Doesn't that remind you of kids when they first see their reflection?! That's what we thought of immediately!

The caption said this lamb was able to use his nose to zoom in. He needed an even closer look to really see how adorable he was. We don't blame him though. We'd be staring at ourselves if we looked that good. LOL!
