The release date for Race Across The World season 3 has been confirmed
We're big fans of any competition reality series, and BBC's Race Across The World is one of our favourites. It's got everything you could want from a competition series - a tense timeline, intense challenges and the occasional bickering pairs.
And the best news? After three years away (thank COVID), it's finally back for a season three which lands very soon on its new home of BBC One.
Here's everything you need to know about Race Across The World season three.
What is Race Across The World about?
Race Across The World is a competition series that sees five pairs of travellers, they're often siblings, couples or friends, race across a certain part of the world.
They're racing each other to be the first one to a certain ending point, where they will win a cash prize of £20,000.
The catch? They cannot fly, and can only travel by land or sea. They're not allowed any mobile devices or credit cards, and are instead given a world map, GPS tracker to track their progress, a travel guide with local job adverts and a money belt with cash at the start of the journey.
They have a series of check points they have to reach, where they are given a 36 hour rest, before they're back on the race to the next destination.
This year's series is taking place in Canada from Vancouver to St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.

After three years away from the series, Race Across The World is finally back and it's coming so soon!
The series will be released on 22nd March at 9pm on BBC One, the show was previously on BBC Two.
Who is in the cast of Race Across The World season 3?
This year's cast features five pairs of travellers, and the new trailer gave us a sneaky look at the new pairings.
There's best friends Tricia and Cathie, father and daughter Ladi and Monique, husband and wife Zainib and Mobeen, father and daughter Kevin and Claudia, and brothers Marc and Michael completing the lineup.
