Happy Monday to Regina King only.

The Oscar winner closed out Cannes in style when she hit the red carpet at amfAR's annual gala on Friday night.

King arrived at the exclusive fête in a voluminous black strapless Schiaparelli Haute Couture ball gown with a glittering bodice made of bugle beads. Upping the fancy, the actress and director accessorized with a black and white shawl and a set of sparkling winged Boucheron earrings and a matching ring from the brand's Carte Blanche Contemplation High Jewelry collection. She wore her hair in a high ballet bun.

That same day, King spoke about her continuing fight for diversity in Hollywood during Kering's Women In Motion talk at Cannes.

"We have to keep shining a light on the fact that things aren't reflective of what the rest of the world looks like, especially in America," she said during the discussion. "That's our export to the world ― movies. We have to continue to want to see stories told by and from different perspectives."
