Reese Witherspoon's Mom and Daughter Have a Date Night at 'Golden Bachelor' Finale

Reese Witherspoon's nearly identical family members joined Bachelor Nation for a very special event on Thursday, Nov. 30.
The Legally Blonde star's mother, Betty Reese, and daughter, Ava Phillippe, tuned in live for the finale of the first season of The Golden Bachelor, joining the studio audience as Gerry Turner proposed to Theresa Nist.
The series uploaded a snapshot of the duo to Instagram that evening, alongside a slew of other famous spectators.
In the second slide of a carousel of photos of "so many friends in the audience" at the season finale, including a number of Bachelor Nation alumni, Phillippe was pictured seated next to her grandmother, the two lookalike women tilting their heads toward one another as they smiled for the camera.
The 24-year-old wore a black scoop-necked top with three-quarter sleeves tucked into a black sequined pair of shorts over sheer black tights, while her maternal matriarch wore a pale blue dress with a decorative scarf and dark gray overcoat with a tan lining.
Phillippe uploaded another photo of the two posing on the set to her Instagram Story, where she explained, “My grandma Betty needed a date for the finale of ✨The Golden Bachelor✨ and she knew exactly who to call!”
In a follow-up video from the end of the night, Phillippe filmed Betty sitting at the kitchen table, letting her know she had one last question before holding up a red rose and asking if she would accept it.
“Absolutely, I love you, my dear,” she said enthusiastically, taking the flower.
“Love you too, GMB,” Phillippe wrote across the video, adding, “She deserves all the roses!”
