Reese Witherspoon's hair and makeup are always on point during awards show season, and her look for the 2022 Screen Actors Guild Awards was no exception. The actress lit up the red carpet in a custom black velvet Schiaparelli dress with a pale blue sash that descended into a dramatic train. Witherspoon had a fresh glow thanks to three key skin-care products — and you'll want to steal them even if you won't be hitting the red carpet anytime soon.

Witherspoon's makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan prepped her skin using two products from the star's go-to skin-care brand, Biossance. As a spokesperson for the brand, Witherspoon frequently relies on its science-backed, cruelty-free, vegan products to prep for red carpet appearances, and the SAG Awards were no different. Deenihan used Biossance Squalane Omega Repair Cream (Buy It, $58, biossance.com) to give Reese's skin a hefty dose of moisture before makeup application. One of the brand's bestsellers, it's packed with squalane, ceramides, and omega fatty acids which work together to provide generous moisturization. While a rich cream might not sound like the best choice before makeup application, Witherspoon can attest that this one is an exception. The actress previously took to Instagram to praise the product for what it's not: greasy or sticky. (ICYDK, the brand was also behind her radiant Oscars skin.)

In addition, Deenihan reached for Biossance Squalane Marine Algae Eye Cream (Buy It, $54, biossance.com), which also contains the brand's sugarcane-sourced squalane. It promises to lift and firm the under-eye area, smoothing out fine lines in the process.

Before applying these two powerhouse products, though, Deenihan used the buzzy SolaWave Wand (Buy It, $149, solawave.co), which Mandy Moore, Nicole Kidman, and Sydney Sweeney, have also used during red carpet prep. The SolaWave wand has four functions you might associate with pricey spa treatments. It incorporates microcurrent to stimulate facial muscles and promote lift, red light therapy to promote collagen production and reduce inflammation, facial massage vibration to ease puffiness, and therapeutic warmth to promote absorption of your Witherspoon-approved skin-care products. Once Witherspoon's skin was prepped, Deenihan relied on makeup products from BareMinerals. For the actress's skin, Deenihan applied BareMinerals BAREPRO 16-Hr Skin-Perfecting Powder Foundation (Buy It, $35, bareminerals.com) with a damp sponge and used BareMinerals ORIGINAL Liquid Mineral Concealer (Buy It, $25, bareminerals.com) to brighten up her under-eyes. Glow mode: activated.
