Reese Witherspoon’s throwback #PuberMe pic might be the most adorable one yet
Aside from starring in a new movie, Home Again, Reese Witherspoon’s also been Instagramming up a storm lately. Witherspoon just participated in the #PuberMe challenge, and her throwback pic is one of the cutest ones yet.
ICYMI, #PuberMe stands for “puberty and me.” Celebs are posting awkward puberty pics to raise money for Puerto Rico in the aftermath of Hurricane María. The hashtag was created a few days ago when Nick Kroll appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
How does it work? All celebs have to do is post their awkward puberty photos on social media with #PuberMe. Colbert’s AmeriCone Dream Fund will donate some money for every awkward picture tweeted and/or Instagrammed by a celebrity with the #PuberMe and #PuertoRicoRelief hashtags. Then, the money will go to One America Appeal, an organization which supports recovery efforts from Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria. We could not love this idea more.
Witherspoon is the latest celeb to participate, and her pic is SO cute.

Quite the Elle Woods-esque pose, don’t you think?
#PuberMe coincides with the release of Kroll’s new Netflix show, Big Mouth, which is all about the awkwardness of being a teen.
“Puberty is a really scary thing, and I think most people feel like they’re going through it alone. But the truth is, every single one of us goes through puberty and goes through this range of crazy emotions and feelings,” Kroll told Colbert. “That time is so awkward. There’s catharsis in showing who we were and what we became.”
Other celebs are rocking the #PuberMe game too.
Of course, Colbert and Kroll got things rolling.
Nick Kroll asked me to post a pic of my awkward stage, but I never had one. So here's me lookin' cool as hell! #PuberMe #PuertoRicoRelief pic.twitter.com/UC9a7XtjZa
