Ever since Legally Blonde, Reese Witherspoon has been my style muse. She fuses together chic and practical pieces, making a case for simple closet staples like a white tee, jean skirt, or trench coat — and the actress’s latest ensemble followed suit.

On February 8, Witherspoon wore a classic black slip dress. An ankle-length hemline led way to pointed-toe suede pumps, while a warm top layer, textured clutch, and dainty accessories finished off the look. It was classy, to say the least, but I didn’t expect anything less from queen Reese.

Witherspoon seems to have a thing for LBDs, too.
