Reese Witherspoon’s Son Deacon Is Going Viral On TikTok Thanks To His $$$ Apartment

Reese Witherspoon’s eldest son Deacon Phillippe is a student at NYU—but he’s not exactly slumming it in the dorms. The 20-year-old just invited TikTok star Caleb Simpson on a tour of his West Village apartment…and it’s pretty sweet.

The video kicks off with Simpson asking Deacon how much he pays for rent. His response: “West Village prices, man.” Cue them both going into Deacon’s apartment, which he shares with several roommates and a plant named Darryl.

The apartment is two stories and has a spiral staircase in the middle, along with a “vinyl wall” that has records displayed on a brick wall. Deacon’s room is pretty spacious by NYC standards, and he showed that off, along with his tiny bathroom.

Ava Phillippe

Ava, 24, is the oldest child of Reese and ex-husband Ryan Phillippe. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley and has done some modeling for companies like Pat McGrath, Rodarte, and her mom’s Draper James line.

She’s also super close with her mom. On Mother’s Day in 2022, she shared a sweet photo of herself and Reese on Instagram, writing, "happy happy mother's day to my gorgeous, thoughtful, strong, & fun mama! I am so lucky to love & be loved by a mom like you."

Ava is close to Deacon, too. She shared a really sweet Instagram tribute to him a few weeks ago on his birthday, calling her little brother a “rare gem.” (His response: “Best sis❤️.”)

Deacon Phillippe

Deacon is Reese’s second oldest child and her second child with Ryan. He’s now a student at NYU after being homeschooled, with his dad hilariously sharing a “homeschool graduation” ceremony on Instagram last year. (Ryan played the principal.)

Reese shared a sweet post about the milestone, too. "So proud of the thoughtful, talented, kind & generous young man you have become," she wrote on Instagram. "You light up our hearts and make us proud everyday."

These days, Deacon is pursuing a career in music and regularly releases new songs.

Tennessee Toth

Tennessee is Reese’s third child and her only one with ex-husband Jim Toth. He’s 11 years old and largely stays out of the spotlight.

However, he seems close with his older siblings. “Happy happy birthday to this bold, sensitive, smart, & energetic boy. Sure, I was a big sister before him, but he made me an even better one! I love you, Tenn,” Ava wrote on Instagram for her little brother’s birthday in 2021.
