Reese Witherspoon is returning to the newsroom for the third season of The Morning Show!

The actress took to her Instagram on Wednesday afternoon to share a video from the set of season 3—and fans are ecstatic, to say the least.

The video showcases Witherspoon sitting at her famous anchor desk in front of The Morning Show logo as "Without Me" by Eminem plays over the video.

"We're back," the actress excitedly stated, as she giggled and shot the camera a wide grin.

The actress reiterated the return in her caption, writing: "We are backkkkkkkk! 🎬 ✨ @TheMorningShow Season 3! @hellosunshine @appletvplus #themorningshow."

Many fans took to the comments to show their excitement for the return of the Apple TV+ show.

One fan wrote, "I am so excited for season 3 🙈"

Another fan stated they couldn't wait for their favorite show to return, writing, "Soooo excited for my favorite show to come back!!!!😍"

While the plot of season 3 has yet to be released, Witherspoon, who plays the tenacious co-anchor, Bradley Jackson, spoke with The Hollywood Reporter about what she hopes to see for the future of the show.

“If #MeToo was the center of season 1 and season 2 has so many issues but really tackles the impending pandemic, I would love to see how the world realigns post-quarantine," she said.

She continued, "Even though that seems optimistic to say at this point, with people still dealing with the complexity of COVID and really what it’s doing to different industries. But just, how the whole world has culturally shifted in so many ways; the way we communicate and work, the way we talk to each other—there’s definitely a lot to talk about and tackle.”

Jennifer Aniston, who plays co-anchor, Alex Levy also opened up about season 3, specifically where she sees her character's love life going.

When speaking with Variety back in June, the actress stated, "I think it’s time to see Alex find some love and some passion."

“She could put the controls down and go into the vulnerability of opening up her heart, which I don’t think she’s ever really quite done," she added.

Although Aniston can't reveal too much, she did reveal a tidbit of information for the new season.

“It’s a great opportunity to be able to shine a light on areas that are very frustrating and a fear of where we’re going as a society,” she told the outlet. “We try to shed some sort of light on it, and comment on it a little bit. It’s a deep well at this point.”

A premiere date for Season 3 of The Morning Show has yet to be announced, but you can catch up on seasons 1 and 2 on Apple TV+ while you wait!
