Reese Witherspoon Looks Exactly Like Her ‘Favorite Daughter’ in New Snap
From the looks of it, Reese Witherspoon and her daughter Ava Elizabeth Phillippe are the best of friends.
In a new snap posted to Instagram on August 3, the mom and her lookalike child posed together, nearly twinning.
The pair was photographed in an outdoor setting, seemingly at a restaurant or special event, according to the background of the shot. Witherspoon held a glass of white wine in her hand, shooting a smile at the camera while leaning in close next to the 23-year-old.
Making Ava appear even more the spitting image of her mother in the capture, the two both rocked a similar style of black sunglasses.
"Summer nights with my favorite daughter 😎💗✨," the Legally Blonde star captioned the upload. Before we get carried away, it should be noted that the mom-of-three is not showing favoritism, as the young woman isn't just her "favorite daughter," but her only daughter.
In the comment section of the post, fans doubled down on the stance that the two look so similar at times, it's uncanny.
"Wow she could be your twin," one said, while another inquired, "Whose the mother of who here??" and a third asked, "Who is who??"
"Twinning ❤️❤️," an additional Instagram user dropped.
"She’s a beauty like her mama!! 💜🫶🏼💜," someone else complimented.
In addition to her "twin," the actress also has two sons: Deacon Reese Phillippe, 19, whom she shares with Ava's dad, Ryan Phillippe, and Tennessee James Toth, 11, with now ex-husband, Jim Toth.
