Reese Witherspoon and Daughter Ava Twin in Beachy Dresses During Tropical Getaway

Reese Witherspoon and her daughter are glowing somewhere fabulous.

On Sunday, the actress posed with 22-year-old Ava Phillippe in front of palm trees and the warm hues of a tropical sunset. Witherspoon wore a white beachy paisley eyelet button-down dress with a matching rope belt.

She accessorized the look by draping herself in gold bracelets—beaded pieces, chains, and staple bangles. She also wore several gold necklaces differing in style and added a pair of gold hoop earrings as the finishing touch to the ensemble.

(The Legally Blonde star wore a similar summer look earlier in the week—an airy white dress with a colorful stripe design by her clothing brand, Draper James.)

Phillippe's outfit Sunday complemented that of her mom's in its breezy style. She wore a deep-teal dress with ruffled and ruched detailing and finished the look with tan, bohemian-inspired earrings and minimalistic gold rings. She also showed off her "Admit One" ticket tattoo on her left forearm.

Both mother and daughter smiled big for a photo shared on Witherspoon's Instagram, looking like twins with their flowing blonde beach hair and blue eyes. The actress also shared a second image—a candid shot of Phillippe fixing Witherspoon’s makeup.

"Love sharing sunsets with my girl *esp when she fixes my makeup," she wrote in the post caption. "Love you mama!!" Phillippe commented in response.

Their mother-daughter getaway comes as Witherspoon awaits the July 15 release of her film Where the Crawdads Sing—an adaptation by her production company, Hello Sunshine, of the New York Times bestselling book by the same name.
