Reese Witherspoon Boasts ‘Perfect Sunday’ With Rare Photos of Son Deacon

The two actors couldn't be more grateful to spend some quality time together.

It's not every weekend that Reese Witherspoon gets to enjoy lunch with her kids, but on the rare occasion that she does, she makes sure to document it with a few photos.

The actress, 46, took to Instagram on Sunday to share two photos of her recent date with her 19-year-old son, Deacon Phillippe.

"Perfect Sunday with my guy," she captioned the sweet post, tagging her son and adding a few on-theme emojis, "@deaconphillippe ☕️ 🥰🍳 ❤️."

The photos featured portraits of the mother-son duo posing at their table in such a similar manner that there's no doubt these two are related.

The first snap shared was of Deacon resting his right arm on the table with his very colorful breakfast plate placed perfectly in front of him. The young actor, who plays Parker in Netflix's Never Have I Ever, was rocking a casual but thoughtfully accessorized outfit, including a beige hoodie and black turtleneck that put his silver chains on display and matched his rings.

The second image, presumably taken by Deacon, showed Witherspoon holding her cup of coffee above her garden salad while smirking into the camera. Wearing a bright turquoise crew neck sweater, the actress added a bright pop of color to the already cheery pic.

"Love getting to see you ❤️," Deacon sweetly added in the comments. He also shared the photo he snapped of his mom at the restaurant to his Instagram Story, writing, "Lunch W Mama ❤️."

Deacon is Witherspoon's middle child and the youngest of two children she had with her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe. Her eldest and only daughter, Ava Phillippe, is 23. The actress also shares a 10-year-old son, Tennessee, with her husband, Jim Toth.
