Reese Witherspoon and Beyoncé's Friendship Has Hit a New Level
Reese Witherspoon's friendship with Beyoncé is blossoming before our eyes, and now, it's reached a new tier: best friendship. That, and publicly declaring your best friendship.
Witherspoon made an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she discussed how she came to be acquainted with Queen Bey and Jay Z — and where their friendship stands now, after the Carters sent her a case of champagne and an entire Ivy Park wardrobe.
She explained how things went down when she requested champagne from Beyoncé and Jay-Z at the Oscars, telling DeGeneres, "So I was thirsty and so was [Jennifer] Aniston and Jay-Z seemed to have a giant bottle of champagne so I was like ‘Excuse me Jay-Z. Pardon, can I have some champagne?' And he was like ‘Yeah, do you want some champagne?'"

"Yes, he sent me a case too. Don’t act like you’re the special one," DeGeneres joked, adding that Beyoncé had also sent her some Ivy Park gear.
"No, no, no she sent me clothes and I said ‘I think Ellen might like these’, so she sent you clothes," Witherspoon joked. "Because Beyonce and I are really good friends. In fact, some might say best friends."
What's the next level of friendship? An official Instagram post? A double date?
