Reese Witherspoon & Ava Phillippe Stun in Latest Draper James Campaign
Following her stunning Rodarte modeling debut, Ava Phillippe just joined her mom, Reese Witherspoon, for Draper James’s most adorable photo shoot yet.
The 18-year-old posed alongside her mom for Draper James’s spring 2018 line, and Phillippe’s lacy pink frock is the perfect whimsical foil to Witherspoon’s classic red V-neck circle dress. Not surprisingly, both mother and daughter appear to be having the time of their lives.
The budding model pointed out how her and mom’s sartorial tastes differ on Love, Reese, the Draper James blog, writing, “She and I agree on a lot of what’s ‘fashionable,’ but we have different taste, and she’s really respectful of my personality as I express it through clothes.”
Fashion proclivities aside, Witherspoon shared on the blog that she and her daughter often shop in one another’s closets: ”Ava and I also share clothes sometimes, and it makes me so happy to see how she expresses her own personal style with each outfit she creates. She is cutting her own creative path in this world, and I could not be prouder of her.”
Phillippe also took to the Love, Reese blog to express how it felt working with her mom: “I love being around my mom, and this shoot was an opportunity to have fun and support her work as a female entrepreneur. She also brings a lot of comfort and positive energy with her to work, and I think it’s inspiring to see her personal relationships with everybody on set.”
