Clearly, 18-year-old Ava Phillippe, the daughter of Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon, knows the joy of quality time with grandma firsthand. Yesterday, Ava took to instagram to share a sweet photo featuring two hand-painted plates she designed with her grandma, Betty, Reese's mom.
