Reese’s Puffs Is Launching a New Flavor for the First Time Ever

However, even though we always felt like we were pulling one over on our parents when they let us have this chocolate and peanut butter cereal, it is made with whole grain, vitamins and minerals, and no artificial ingredients, so really, we weren’t being that sly.

A New Reese's Puffs Flavor Is Coming in January

Despite the fact that General Mills has been making Reese’s Puffs cereal for nearly 30 years, there has actually never been a new flavor added to the line-up. The cereal has seen different seasonal shapes—and even a mini variety—but it’s always been the same chocolate and peanut butter cereal made with Reese’s peanut butter. However, that’s about to change.

For the first time ever, Reese’s Puffs is launching a new flavor: Reese’s Puffs Peanut Butter Lovers.

The new flavor is perfect for those people who love the crunchy, sweet peanut butter found in the center of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Instead of chocolate and peanut butter like the traditional Reese’s Puffs, this corn cereal is a double dose of PB puffs made with real Reese’s peanut butter.

Reese’s Puffs Peanut Butter Lovers is hitting all major retailer shelves in January 2024, and will be available in both regular and family-size boxes. And the Peanut Butter Lovers flavor is here to stay, as it will be a new permanent addition to the Reese’s Puffs family.

This flavor will stand beside an array of new General Mills cereals joining the line-up in January. You’ll also find Trix with Marshmallows, Lucky Charms Berry Swirl, Maple Cinnamon Cheerios Hearty Nut Medley, and Honey Nut Cheerios Minis in grocery stores in the new year. It looks like our New Year’s resolution for 2024 is to have to going to be eat more cereal.
