Instagram account Calorie Brands has redesigned our favorite junk food labels, moving the nutrition info typically hidden in tiny print on the back to where we can’t ignore it – on the front of the product as the brand logo.

While these numbers represent the amount of calories in an entire container, not a single serving, the discovery of how many calories you’re actually ingesting when you’re snacking your way through Game of Thrones may still be shocking.
