Red velvet cake is good, but these red velvet cookies and cream bars are something else. Not only are they stuffed with Oreos, but they're topped with arguably the best Hershey's' product ever: Cookies 'N' Cream Bars!
It all starts with a simple red velvet boxed cake mix, hacked into a deliciously decadent brownie. All you need is a stick of butter, an egg, and a couple tablespoons of milk. Mix it all up and pour it into a parchment lined baking pan. Press in some Oreos and bake! Just like that you've made your base.
When the brownies are baked and slightly cooled, pour on your melted Cookies 'N' Cream Bars and let set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. When that's done, drizzle with chocolate. Let set again, this time for only 5 minutes, (just so your bars aren't a melty mess when you slice them) and then cut them into squares. Make 'em for someone you love, satisfaction guaranteed.
