Red Lobster Wants You To Make Cheddar Bay Biscuit Stuffing This Thanksgiving

From Delish

Looking for a new stuffing recipe for Thanksgiving this year? Red Lobster has one for you that’s Cheddar Bay Biscuit-based. Yes, really! Doesn’t that sound like what stuffing dreams are made of?

The Cheddar Bay Stuffing that you’ll want to devour by the spoonful takes under an hour to make. Obviously, you’ll need Cheddar Bay Biscuits to make it–12 of them or eight cups torn into pieces, to be exact. You can either order the biscuits from Red Lobster for takeout or delivery before Thanksgiving or stock up on the chain’s biscuit mix at Walmart. The biscuit mix will require a little more effort, but each box costs under $2 and makes eight-to-10 biscuits. All Red Lobster restaurants will be closed on Thanksgiving (except for the chain’s Times Square location), so those are the only ways you’ll be able to enjoy the iconic menu item in stuffing form on Turkey Day.

Other ingredients you’ll need: bread, butter, yellow onion, celery, carrots, dry sage, dry thyme, fresh rosemary, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. The full recipe is available to download on Red Lobster’s website. The chain also has recipes for Cheddar Bay Pumpkin Biscuits and Cheddar Bay Pumpkin Donut Bites if those sound like treats you'd be into. Oh, and if you want even more Red Lobster holiday fun, the chain created a downloadable coloring book with images of lobsters, crabs, and other sea creatures on it. That could be fun to work on while the stuffing is in the oven!
