This new cocktail will scratch your itch for a seasonal treat, but it's not your parents' mint chocolate chip ice cream. That's because it's not only packed with mint chocolate goodness, it's also full of whiskey. The best thing to be full of really.
Red Lobster's Irish Mudslide cocktail is made with Jameson Irish Whiskey blended with Crème de Menthe and vanilla ice cream. It is served in a collectible Lighthouse glass and is topped with Hershey Chocolate Swirl, Red Lobster’s signature brownie, whipped cream and gold sugar crystals. There should always be a bit of gold on St. Patrick's Day!
