As we move toward the end of the decade, it’s hard not to reminisce on the biggest beauty trends of the 2010s. From full brows to an overload of Unicorn makeup, this decade was anything but uninteresting.
From early on, we saw a lot of volumized hair everywhere. Top knots to poufs, the bigger the better definitely applied to how we styled our hair.
During the mid-decade, there was a lot of experimentation with contouring and Instagram makeup. We can definitely say that we’ve been through multiple palettes and highlighter brushes. Oh, and let us never forget the magical mermaid and mythical creature look.
Toward the tail end of the 2010s, we moved into more skincare, no-makeup makeup, and a 90s comeback. Glossier, we’re looking at you.
