  • Rebel Wilson is currently crushing it in all aspects of her life, from her new hit Netflix movie, to her new relationship.

  • The Aussie actress showed off her toned core in a retro bathing suit while basking in the sun by the water this week, posing for a photo that she posted on her Instagram.

  • Rebel has lost more than 80 pounds since starting her "Year of Health" back in 2020. And she looks so happy and strong!


Rebel Wilson has made it clear that she’s in a really good place in her life right now. She just released a super successful Netflix movie (Senior Year, in case you're living under a rock). She’s living a healthy lifestyle after her self-declared "Year of Health" in 2020. And she recently announced that she's in a very happy and supportive relationship. Oh, and she’s also currently enjoying some time by the water, too, looking incredibly relaxed in a gingham bikini.

The Senior Year star just dropped a photo on Instagram of herself working a gorgeous vintage-inspired bikini set for all its worth. The pic features Rebel wearing a pink-and-white suit with a matching bolero jacket. She topped the whole thing off with white sunnies and impressively toned abs.

Rebel kept the caption simple— “ ☀️ 💗☀️”—and people were all about it. “Rebel! This is a crime! Too hot too hot 🔥🔥🔥,” said Pitch Perfect co-star Chrissie Fit. “Va va voom 🔥❤️,” said designer Gage Edward. I couldn't agree more. Reb, you're crushing it!

Of course, Rebel has made it crystal clear that she’s worked hard to prioritize her health over the past two years. And she's lost more than 80 pounds since 2020 by making a slew of changes to her diet and workout routine.

“Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry,” she told People. “So, I've really changed to eating a high-protein diet, which is challenging because I didn't used to eat a lot of meat. I eat fish, salmon, and chicken breast.”

Rebel also said she’s worked on not allowing herself to fall into her habit of emotional eating. "I think I was emotional eating, and overeating at times, because I wasn't loving myself enough either,” she said. “And it does come down to that self-worth and self-love."

On the fitness front, Rebel fits in regular workouts with her trainer, Jono Castano. She’s shared a slew of snippets from their workouts together on Instagram, including herself flipping tires like a boss:

aaand doing a lot of walking (which, by the way, is her preferred way to get moving). Hot girl walk, anyone?

"I got all these high-tech tests done on me during my year of health," Rebel said, per People. "They said that walking was actually the best way for me to lose unnecessary body fat."

BRB: Gonna go book a vacation to wherever it is Rebel has found herself, because it looks like heaven!
