Rebel Wilson’s “Year of Health” is a smashing success.

The Pitch Perfect actress, 40, took to Instagram to share that she’s officially reached her goal weight of 75 kilograms, or around 165 pounds. Not only did she reach her goal, but she did it with over an entire month left to go before the end of 2020.

“Hit my goal with one month to spare!” the Australian actress said in an Instagram Story, along with a photo of a scale. However, Wilson clarified that while weight loss was her goal, her “Year of Health” was about more than the number on the scale.

“Even though it’s not about a weight number, it’s about being healthy, I needed a tangible measurement to have as a goal and that was 75 [kilograms],” the actress said.

Wilson continued by saying that she plans on going live on Instagram later this week to share the details with her fans, who have supported her throughout her health journey.

Wilson has been chronicling her weight loss on social media, and spending time at VivaMayr, an Austrian wellness center, to ensure that she reached her health goal. She previously told People that she has been following the Mayr Method, an eating plan that aims to improve digestion through alkaline foods, mindful eating and regular fasting, according to their website. She’s also been working with a trainer and taken up new active hobbies like surfing and hiking. Instead of making sacrifices, Wilson has shared that she focuses on healthier substitutions.

“When I was reaching for the candies last night after dinner I thought to myself “hmmmm ... better not” and had a bottle of water instead,” she wrote on social media. “Remember though girls, you still gotta treat yourself (I just do it with food now only once or twice a week .. .and substitute bubble baths on alternate nights).”

Just last month, Wilson was already deeply proud of the results she was seeing, sharing that she was six pounds away from her goal weight. Playing on her Pitch Perfect character’s nickname, she posted a smoldering selfie in a low-cut green evening gown.

“Just call me: Fit Amy,” Wilson wrote.

Back in January, Wilson first revealed her initial weight loss, declaring she would spend the year focusing on exercising, drinking more water and improving her diet.

“Okay so for me 2020 is going to be called ‘The Year of Health’ — so I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk, deliberately hydrating on the couch right now and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food which is going to be hard after the holidays I’ve just had but I’m going to do it! Who’s with me in making some positive changes this year?” wrote Wilson.
