Early last year, Rebel Wilson shared that she decided to make 2020 her “Year of Health,” and she’s kept people updated on her progress. Now, Rebel has a big announcement: She’s reached her goal weight.

Rebel shared the news in her Instagram Stories like it was NBD but clearly it is, in fact, a BD.

“Hit my goal with one month to spare!” she wrote next to a pic of her scale. “Even though it’s not about a weight number, it’s about being healthy, I needed a tangible measurement to have as a goal and that was 75 kg’s." (In case you don’t feel like doing the math, 75 kilograms is about 165 pounds.)

Rebel also said she’s going to do an Instagram Live at 6 p.m. EST on Tuesday to talk about her experience.

FWIW: Rebel has not been screwing around in her journey to become more healthy. She’s regularly shared posts on Instagram about her workouts and active lifestyle, including pics and videos of herself hiking, swimming laps, and flipping tires, as one does. Proof:

Rebel’s changed up her diet. She told PEOPLE in mid-November that she used to eat 3,000 calories a day. “Because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry,” she said.

Now, Rebel said, she focuses on eating a high-protein diet, something she calls “challenging, because I didn't used to eat a lot of meat.” These days, you’ll find fish, salmon, and chicken breast on her plate.

Rebel said she’s also ben working to turn her “bad habits to healthier ones,” including taking a closer look at her emotional eating. “I definitely think with the slow down, it did help,” she said. "I think I was emotional eating, and overeating at times, because I wasn't loving myself enough either. And it does come down to that self-worth and self-love."

Rebel said she’s looking for an “overall healthy balance” now. "I have this state of being, which is not my quote, but I go 'Nothing is forbidden.' We’ll be like, 'Should we get In-N-Out burger?' And I'm like, 'Nothing is forbidden.' I can go there, I just might eat half of what I used to eat before. You know? And I'll have a burger, and a few fries, and then you feel fine,” she said.

Rebel also said on The Drew Barrymore Show that she doesn’t want to be skinny—"I love my curves and stuff"—but she feels “so much healthier.”

Now, she said, she feels like she’s "really coming into my own."

Congrats, Rebel!
