A wardrobe game changer.
Blaine: U.S. immigration law is clear, asylum may be requested by those seeking protection because they have suffered persecution or fear that they will suffer persecution due to: (1) race; (2) religion; (3) nationality; (4) membership in a particular social group; or because of (5) political opinion. Immigration for economic reasons and/or because of crime in the migrant’s home country is not a valid asylum claim. Additionally, Mexico offered these migrants residency status and most turned it down. Make no mistake, this is all about an “open borders” political agenda and this group is receiving extensive outside support and financial assistance as well as propaganda support from many in the media.
