Reba McEntire Hits the CMAs Red Carpet Days After Announcing Split with Skeeter Lasuzzo
CMAs host Reba McEntire walked the red carpet solo, after confirming her split with Skeeter Lasuzzo.
But who needs a man anyways, since tonight is all about the women of country!
Reba McEntire has once again proved she’s the queen of country, and she doesn’t need a king, thank you very much.
The “Fancy” singer made her 2019 CMAs red carpet debut just days after confirming her break up with former boyfriend Skeeter Lasuzzo. But Reba clearly wasn’t letting any relationship woes get her down, as she looked amazing in a floor length sparkling black gown.
Though Reba usually hosts the ACM Awards, she’s joining Carrie Underwood and Dolly Parton to lead this year’s CMAs. Some fans were disappointed that Brad Paisley wasn’t emceeing, but we think Reba, Dolly, and Carrie make a pretty formidable trio.
And don’t worry too much about Reba’s recent split. It’s true that Skeeter was her first big relationship following her divorce with Narvel Blackstock, but she insisted the two are still on good terms.
“We still talk and we’re friends, but just decided to go our separate ways,” she told Us Weekly.
