Are you looking for Cupid's arrow to shoot you straight in the heart while you're sharing a meal?

Three South Jersey restaurants made OpenTable’s Top 100 Romantic Restaurants in America for 2024.

OpenTable released its list just ahead of Valentine's Day.

The company says it analyzed over 12 million diner reviews and other metrics, including the number of times a restaurant was tagged as "romantic."

California has the most restaurants on the list with 12. New Jersey had five total restaurants on the list.

Which South Jersey restaurants made OpenTable’s list?

The South Jersey restaurants that made its customers swoon the most, according to OpenTable, are: The Franklinville Inn, Franklinville; Il Mulino New York, Atlantic City; and The Washington Inn, Cape May.

The Franklinville Inn is quaint, charming, restored inn, featuring an award-winning wine list and a “premiere” private dining room. It offers American cuisine and other signature dishes such as crab bisque, crab cakes, prime rib and more. There is a lounge for before or after dinner cocktails and other special light fare.

Il Mulino New York in Atlantic City is in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and is located steps from the Boardwalk.

Its website says it features “rustic Italian flavors…spotlighting Old World Italian food.” It mentions quality fish, lamb, cured meats along with fresh homemade cheeses and pasta.

USA Today crowned Il Mulino the Best Casino Restaurant in 2019 and 2020.

The Washington Inn in Cape May was constructed in 1846. The large columns that reach to the third floor were meant to resemble those of Mount Vernon, the plantation home of George Washington, according to its website.

The inn’s business flourished when its emphasis became “quality good service and great food.” It features new American cuisine. Some of the dinner entrée offerings include: grilled pork chops, short ribs, filet mignon, crab cakes, roasted harvest vegetables and more.

The other New Jersey restaurants on the OpenTable list are 618 in Freehold and The Gables in Beach Haven.
