If you secretly wish your life was like a Hallmark Christmas movie, we just found your dream home. This Victorian home in a small Vermont village served as the setting for 2008's Moonlight and Mistletoe, starring Candace Cameron Bure and Tom Arnold-and it's currently on the market!

In the movie, Holly (Candace) returns home to Chester, Vermont, to help her father, Nick (Tom), who is at risk of losing his Santaville store due to financial struggles.

It turns out Chester is an actual small town in Vermont (population 3,023), and the filming location for the front of Santa Claus's shop is a real business: Hugging Bear Inn & Shoppe.

"The irony of the movie is that a Christmas film was shot in Vermont in the summer, actors in heavy clothing were wilting in the heat," current owner Kris Thomas tells CountryLiving.com. "It was an especially hot summer. Even the fake snow didn't cool things down. But, the presence of a movie crew really stirred things up a small town, with locals acting as extras for the film, making it quite a community event."

Founded in 1983 by Kris's mother, Georgette Thomas, the 4,424-square-foot bed and breakfast at 244 Main Street boasts a gorgeous grand staircase and seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

The historic house got its name for the teddy bears Georgette placed in every room. When visitors began asking to buy the bears, Georgette opened a small teddy bear shop on-site (seriously, how Hallmark is that?!).

Since her death in 2014, the Thomas family has continued the B&B, but now they're looking for a buyer-one that would ideally maintain as an inn or restore as a family home.

Though the listing says "off market," the owner tell us the property (with a Zillow Zestimate of $247,677) is still very much is for sale. Merry Christmas!
