Get Ready To Hear A Lot About Eyebrow Grooming

There was literally nowhere to go but up.

By Justin Fenner.

Perhaps it has something to do with the flagrant missteps of a certain bushy-browed presidential candidate, or maybe it's just clever marketing on the part of the grooming industry but whatever the reason, guys everywhere are freshly obsessed with making sure their eyebrows are as camera-ready as the rest of their bodies.

The new focus on the hairy real estate just north of our eyes spurred Natalie Plain, founder of the beauty company Billion Dollar Brows, to create a brow kit for men.

"Obviously, brows are a female-dominated industry, but we have men working with us and they struggle with the same problems that we do with unruly brows and brow shapes," Plain said in an interview with WWD. "They suffer from two main things: unibrows or brows that are too bushy. Men want something simple to trim and groom their brows, and we’ve given them the most basic tool kit."

The $22 tool set, which you can buy online, includes a pair of scissors and a tweezer with a little comb on the end of it. Used together, the comb and scissors can cut down any unnecessary growth, and the tweezing end can eliminate any hairs between the brows.

And this new development makes sense. The beard-care revolution has grown so large that there are now companies selling jewelry men can put in their scruff, and other brands were already working on ways for guys to groom their faces, their feet, and even their balls.

Of course, if you'd rather save that $22 for something else (like a subscription to GQ!), you can probably do all of this work with the tools you already have at home. Here's how:
