Get Ready for Another Royal Wedding, ’Cause Princess Beatrice Is Engaged
Princess Beatrice is engaged to her boyfriend, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
The couple made it official during a recent trip to Italy and will get married in 2020.
Guys, grab the nearest available corgi because there’s exciting royal news to gush over, if you’re so inclined: Princess Beatrice is engaged! Yay! Another royal wedding where we all get to wake up at 4 in the morning! Buckingham Palace confirmed this morning that Beatrice’s property tycoon boyfriend, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, proposed during a recent weekend trip to Italy and the wedding will take place in 2020.
“We are extremely happy to be able to share the news of our recent engagement,” the couple said in a statement. “We are both so excited to be embarking on this life adventure together and can’t wait to be married. We share so many similar interests and values and we know this will stand us in great stead for the years ahead, full of love and happiness.”
Princess Beatrice and Mr. Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi said; “We are extremely happy to be able to share the news of our recent engagement. We are both so excited to be embarking on this life adventure together and can’t wait to be married."

Apparently, the engagement photos were taken by Beatrice’s sister, Princess Eugenie, which their mom, Sarah Ferguson, confirmed on Twitter. “Eugenie took the colour photographs as my girls are so close,” she said. “The black and white photographs were taken by Misan Harriman at Royal Lodge, Windsor Great Park.”
