Rare Beauty Just Dropped a Body Care Line

With four ultra-comforting products.

In a world of celebrity beauty brands popping up faster than we can even get our hands on the last one, it’s hard to stand out. All that to say, Rare Beauty is the rare exception. Selena Gomez’s makeup line came in hot and has yet to slow down since its launch in 2020. These days, we can’t scroll on our For You page without their iconic blush popping up in a TikTok video.

As of December 11, the brand is expanding with a new body care collection that is soon to take over everything showers just like the blush did with GRWM videos. Comprising four all-new products, the brand aims to bring everyone self-comfort with soothing scents and formulas.

Two of the four products are lotions. The first of which is the Find Comfort Hydrating Body Lotion ($28). The lotion, which matches the rest of the new collection in a gorgeous nude-pink matte bottle, provides 24-hour hydration with its vegan and niacinamide, peach flower extract, and ashwagandha-packed non-comedogenic formula. On the Rare Beauty website, Gomez says she loves the product because of “how this body lotion hugs your skin in hydration and softness all day. It has a light, refreshing scent that just makes you feel good.”

The scent, which is also found in the Find Comfort Hydrating Hand Cream ($18), has top notes lemon zest, rhubarb, and pomelo and middle notes of jasmine petals, violet, and black tea extract. Once dry, it gives off aromas of vetiver, tonka beans, and cashmere wood. Altogether, the two lotions seek to give an uplifting yet cozy fragrance that elevates your mood and keeps you feeling your best throughout the day.

However, when you're in need of a real decompression session, Rare Beauty developed the perfect solution in the form of the Find Comfort Stop & Soothe Aromatherapy Pen ($20). With a blend of peppermint, lavender, and tonka bean aromatherapy oils, the stick helps alleviate anything killing your vibe by simply massaging it onto your temples, neck, or behind your ears.

Gomez said on the website, “I feel my best when I have at least an hour a day to decompress, but I know that’s not always realistic.” That's why she created this aromatherapy pen: "It’s a quick and easy way to help you find a moment of comfort whenever you need it.”

However, for those that prefer a lighter smell separate from essential oils and hydrating lotions, the final piece of the collection is the Find Comfort Body & Hair Fragrance Mist ($28). A “super fine fragrance” for any time you need a little refresh with the same scent notes as Rare Beauty lotions, you can spritz this anywhere, head to toe. Not only is it giving you a comforting smell, but it also boasts the benefits of niacinamide, biotin, and peach flower extract to give your body some extra loving.

All the products will be available for purchase on December 26 at Sephora, Sephora at Kohl’s, and RareBeauty.com—or on December 18 exclusively on the Sephora mobile app.
