May 11—Rancho Grande, a Mexican food restaurant located at 705 S. Jackson St., has opened a full bar. To help the establishment celebrate the milestone, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the restaurant Tuesday, May 7.
