Rachel McAdams quietly gave birth to her first child, a baby boy, People and E! are reporting via Hollywood Pipeline. The name, exact birth date, and any additional birth details haven't been announced, nor has McAdams' rep commented on the news to E! or People yet. Hollywood Pipeline has a photo of McAdams and her boyfriend Jamie Linden out with their newborn son at lunch.
McAdams never directly confirmed her pregnancy or giving birth. Sources told E! she was pregnant this February.
