The first three episodes of season 5 of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel—the last ever, you guys—dropped today, and people are legit bugging out. One person who’s keeping it together? Series star Rachel Brosnahan.

She’s doing press in NYC right now. And she recently did interviews in the coolest Clueless-style plaid shorts suit that highlighted miles of toned legs. The 32-year-old actress later took a casual stroll down the sidewalk in the outfit, which she layered over a cropped button down that showed off her strong abs.

Check it out here—it’s seriously everything:

People kind of freaked out on Instagram over it. “Ooooooomg this LEWK,” one wrote, while another chimed in with, “Iconic 🔥🔥🔥🔥.”

So…what’s she doing for fitness these days? Rachel previously told Health that she struggled with pressure to be a morning exerciser, until she finally just accepted that it’s not her jam. "Once I realized that it was OK that my physical health journey wouldn't look like other people's, it became about finding ways to do what I can, when I can," she said.

So, Rachel uses an app to help her find workout classes in whatever town she’s in. “I was recently [filming] in New Mexico and started taking Pilates, which I love,” she said. “I've noticed a big difference in my posture and core strength.”

Rachel is also active in her day-to-day, taking her dogs on long walks on the weekends, which she says is great for her mental health.

The mental health perks of exercise are huge for her: Rachel told Shape that working out makes her feel “focused and clearheaded,” and said that yoga and spinning are also in the mix. “Classes are my preferred method because I have trouble self-motivating,” she said. “If I'm left to my own devices in a hotel room or in my apartment, I probably will choose an extra hour of sleep. It's harder to skip a class you've signed up for.”

Diet-wise, Rachel told Shape that breakfast is usually a green smoothie with gluten-free toast, a poached egg, and an avocado. “For lunch, I have a salad or a sandwich with some kind of protein-like salmon, chicken, or quinoa-and lots of vegetables, and I really like roasted root vegetables with fish for dinner,” she said. “I'm not a great cook, but I can do simple things. I just try to change up the spices.”

Keep doing you, Rachel!
