Just when you thought Gus' journey in Sweet Tooth to find his mom has come to a bitter end, things quickly turned around for our favorite hybrid as he finally made one of his other wishes come true. The series has proved itself to be a powerful story about finding family no matter who or what you are, and fans are already hoping for another season.

Here are the questions we need answered in Sweet Tooth season 2.

*Major spoilers for season 1 of Sweet Tooth below!*

Will Gus and the other hybrids find a way out?

Gus said he wanted to find other kids just like him and he ended up getting his wish. Although they are currently trapped thanks to the Last Men, there's no doubt that they'll work together to try to break out of the zoo and find their loved ones again. But will they be successful?

What will Jepp and Aimee do?

Jepp and Aimee have finally crossed paths after she found him close to death after being shot by one of the Last Men. With both of them seemingly out for some vengeance after they took the hybrid kids, there's no doubt that they'll come up with a plan to free them and possibly take down the Last Men once and for all.

Will Dr. Singh have a change of heart?

It looks like the doctor has a heart after all after sparing Gus' life. However, that still won't stop him from trying to find a cure for the virus for both his and Rani's sake. Will he find another kind of cure? Or will he do the unthinkable to try to stay alive?

Will Bear convince Birdie to come back?

Bear managed to fix the special satellite phone and get in touch with Birdie, Gus' mother and the scientist who seems to be behind the big outbreak. However, Birdie is in Antarctica studying something, so there's a chance that she might not come back at all. Is she trying to find a cure? And will she drop everything to see Gus again?

Will Bear reunite with her family?

In a special plot twist, we find out that Bear's long-lost sister is actually Wendy, the hybrid daughter that Aimee has been raising all this time. Will Bear still recognize her after all these years? And what will this special family reunion be like?

Will someone take down the Last Men once and for all?

It looks like no one really enjoys living under Abbott's control and there's bound to be a breaking point in there somewhere. Hopefully, as the group slowly comes together, they'll find a way to take Abbot and the Last Men down so they can go to living life in peace.
