What Location Does It Take Place In?

The Fab Five—Bobby Berk, Karamo Brown, Jonathan Van Ness, Tan France, and Antoni Porowski—head to New Orleans in the seventh season of Queer Eye. In previous seasons, they took on projects in Austin, Texas (season six); Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (season five); Kansas City, Missouri (seasons three and four); and Atlanta, Georgia (seasons one and two).

What Projects Do They Take On?

Perhaps the biggest project the Queer Eye crew tackles in season seven is a University of New Orleans frat house. Yes, they upgrade the fashion sense, hygiene, and overall lifestyle of multiple fraternity members—including fixing up their house. The house was in an unsurprisingly horrific state, with an uncleaned toilet, moldy shower, trash bags on the floor, red cups abandoned on a beer-pong table, and a sticky pole covered with flies (yes, you read that right). Design expert Berk and his team were in for quite the challenge with this abode.

"Everyone check your toxic masculinity at the door," grooming expert Van Ness said during the episode, referring to the group of fraternity members. "You get a makeover! You get a makeover! You get a makeover!"

The Fab Five also lend their expertise to other locals throughout the season, including a New Orleans Saints superfan and a formerly incarcerated thrift-store owner.

How Many Episodes Are There?

Fittingly, season seven includes seven episodes. This season is actually the shortest one in Queer Eye history. Seasons one through four consist of eight episodes each, while seasons five and six have 10 episodes each.

Will There Be a Queer Eye Season Eight?

There's no word yet on whether Queer Eye has been renewed for an eighth season, but we have our fingers crossed!
