The Queen is making a point to connect with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are currently in the United Kingdom to carry out their final engagements as working royals. This weekend, Queen Elizabeth took advantage of the couple's proximity and personally invited them to attend church with her.

Harry and Meghan were photographed arriving for Sunday morning service at The Royal Chapel of All Saints in Windsor.

"The Queen personally invited Harry and Meghan to join her for the service," a royal source tells BAZAAR. "She has continuously made sure that they feel welcome and loved."

The invitation is part of the Queen's ongoing effort to ensure the Sussexes continue to feel like part of the royal family following their exit at the end of March.

"It was a really sweet gesture that the Queen asked them to church,” a source told People of the invitation. "It’s telling in the sense that these two are still her family. And as a family, they all love each other."

Harry and Meghan will celebrate Commonwealth Day on Monday, along with other senior-ranking members of the royal family.
