  • Queen Latifah, 53, shared a glowing, no-makeup selfie on her Instagram story earlier this week.

  • The Equalizer actress always preps her face with lots of moisture. Her fave? Youth To The People's exfoliating toner and adaptogen deep moisture cream.

  • Queen Latifah is all about spreading confidence and positivity—within and beyond the beauty sphere.

Queen Latifah def knows how to get a selfie Just Wright. The 53-year-old Equalizer actress is obviously in vacation mode, as she rocked no makeup and beachy waves in her latest Instagram post, which she shared over the app's Story feature.

"Happiest after a day in the water!!!" The actress wrote in her post. The star was nearly unrecognizable and all smiles in her makeup-free snap. As for where Queen Latifah enjoyed her day in the water, I hope it she was on a tropical holiday (no pun intended), but perhaps she was simply spending the day poolside in her Beverly Hills home.

In case you're wondering how Queen Latifah achieves her flawless skin, she's all about the skincare brand, Youth To The People. The Equalizer actress uses several of the brand's products to prep her skin, per BET. For the BET Awards in 2022, Queen Latifah wore the Youth To The People adaptogen deep moisture cream and the kombucha exfoliation power toner.

The products are slightly pricier, but they're very highly rated. Plus, many reviewers write that they are staples in their skincare routines. "I don’t usually spend a lot on my skincare or makeup, but I will break my rule for anything from this brand," wrote one happy customer.

As for when she does wear makeup, Queen Latifah was also renamed a Covergirl last year, per StyleCaster, and endorsed the brand's Lash Blast Volume mascara in a recent campaign.

In addition to what she puts on her skin, you probably already know that Queen Latifah is all about self confidence and feeling comfortable in her skin. She has spent her career taking roles and supporting initiatives—such as The Queen Collective—to do just that. In an interview with Parade last year, Queen Latifah even said it even comes right back to why she calls herself "Queen:"

"I wouldn’t have chosen the name if I couldn’t live up to it! I’ve had more of the Queen in me than I ever thought," she told Parade.

She's def got the Queen in her!
