The Queen is reportedly "being monitored" in light of news that her son Prince Charles has tested positive for Covid-19. A source told Us Weekly that the Queen—who is currently at Windsor Castle—hasn't shown any symptoms of the virus.

Clarence House announced on Thursday that Charles had tested positive, saying in a statement “This morning The Prince of Wales has tested positive for Covid-19 and is now self-isolating. HRH is deeply disappointed not to be able to attend today’s events in Winchester and will look to reschedule his visit as soon as possible.”

Apparently, Charles was at Windsor Castle as recently as Tuesday, and royal reporter Rebecca English says it's believed he saw the Queen.

Prince Charles previously had Covid-19 back in March 2020, and told Sky News “I was lucky, in my case, and got away with it quite lightly. I’ve had it and can still understand what other people are going through. I feel particularly for those, for instance, who’ve lost their loved ones but were unable to be with them at the time. That’s, to me, the most ghastly thing.”

Both Charles and Duchess Camilla were vaccinated in February 2021, and got booster shots in December. At the time, they released a statement saying “People who are unvaccinated are at least 10 times more likely to be hospitalized or die than those who have had two vaccine doses. That is why we urge everyone to get vaccinated and to take up the booster, as we have done ourselves.”
