The Queen wore lime green for the wedding of her grandson, Prince Harry, to Meghan Markle today.

Her ensemble, a coat over a floral dress, was a design by Stewart Parvin, and accessorized by a diamond brooch. Parvin has long designed for Her Majesty, and was granted a royal warrant in 2007. In 2016, the designer was also made a member of the Royal Victorian Order in a ceremony at Buckingham Palace, for which the Queen, naturally, wore another Parvin creation.

The hat, which featured a purple flower on its brim, was a custom creation by Angela Kelly, the Queen's official dressmaker.

The look was completed by Anello and Davide block-heel pumps that she is seen wearing for most occasions, while her bag, as ever, is Launer. She also wore white gloves to complete her look.

The Queen's choice of color was predicted by British bookmakers earlier this week. She also chose a bold color for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's wedding in 2011, opting for a sunny yellow hue.

Her Majesty, who turned 92 last month, was last of the guests to arrive at St George's Chapel this morning and was accompanied by her husband, Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh. Philip, 96, has been recovering from hip surgery six weeks ago-his attendance was confirmed by Buckingham Palace on Friday, indicating a return to health.

The Queen was greeted by the Dean of Windsor and the Archbishop of Canterbury. where, according to royal protocol, the congregation stood as she took her place.
