Varieties recalled include chewy chocolate chip granola bars, chewy peanut butter chocolate chip granola bars, chewy oatmeal raisin granola bars, puffed granola apple cinnamon cereal and more. People who find recalled products in their pantries should not consume the item, and should properly dispose of it. While no illnesses have been reported to date, Salmonella can lead to fever, diarrhea, nausea and other symptoms, and may cause serious infections in young children, elderly people and those with compromised immune systems.

If you have any questions, you can contact Quaker Consumer Relations between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday at 1-800-492-9322. You can also visit the official recall website for reimbursement.
