Athletes tend to scrub their social media profiles occasionally, but when a massive revamp is done, people take notice. So was the case with Arizona Cardinals star quarterback, Kyler Murray, who today deleted all images associated to his current team and even unfollowed them on Instagram.

Murray may have made the power move to signal to the Cardinals that he wants a decision made regarding his fifth-year option — and seeing the quarterback playing field and what subpar signal-callers are getting paid — he wants that extension to be big. Add in the number of teams who are in need of one and perhaps Murray is taking matters into his own hands.

As it stands now, this may just be smoke. Despite an abysmal performance in the Wild Card round against the Los Angeles Rams, the Cardinals still presented a formidable 11-6 record on the season.

The only two images remaining on Murray's feed include his recent Pro Bowl appearance for the NFC, along with his playing days at the University of Oklahoma. However, interestingly enough, Murray also reshared a story from Tampa Bay Buccaneers wideout, Mike Evans, who said he always wanted to catch a touchdown pass from the "Texas Legend."

Could be fire, considering the Bucs are definitely in need of a QB with Tom Brady's retirement.
