After watching a video of a swimming tarantula and seeing photos of a spider eating a possum, I officially became afraid of all creatures with more than four legs. That is until recently when new images of an animal with no legs appeared on the internet and made the aforementioned arachnids seem like children's playthings.

GG Wildlife Rescue shared photos of an olive python feeding on a freshwater crocodile and firmly reinforced my belief that nature is terrifying.

In the pictures, captured by a kayaker in Queensland, Australia, the snake (which is the second largest in the country, FYI) is literally swallowing the croc whole. To put this into perspective for you, this species of crocodile can grow up to nine feet long and weigh up to 220 pounds. And the python had no trouble eating it in one bite.

Here, the python has already swallowed about half of its prey.

Andddd there goes the rest!

Yes, that's the tip of the crocodile's tail.

As you can see, the croc's body is still fully intact...inside of the snake.

Isn't wildlife...wild?
